From Frederick MD: Take route 15 north, take last Frederick area exit (bearing right) on route 26 east. Go 2 miles to route 194 north. Travel 1.7 miles, then turn left onto Frederick Street, just past Walkersville High School. Proceed 1/2 mile to Walkersville Town Hall (on your left). Use the front door entrance.  Walk up the stairs to the 2nd level to enter the ballroom. Free parking is behind the building.
