Kristina Bordyugova

Kristina Bordyugova began dancing at the age of 8 years old. She was born in Moscow, Russia. Her first dance club was Surprize. And then the prestigious Feeria to learn Standard. She danced in regional competitions in Moscow and Nationals with Alexander Abramov for 2 years. She came to the U.S. when she was 16 years old in 2004.

She danced at USA Dance National Competitions, the Emerald Ball, MAC, Yuletide & the Ohio Star Ball. Her partners in the U.S. were Ronen Zinshtein & Andrew Begunov.

Kristina's philosophy of Ballroom dancing that it's not only an enriching sport but an art form. She believes that her teaching expresses the quality of ballroom dance. Ballroom is very structural and systematic. Technique is very important. Ballroom dancing is an enjoyable sport, it's elegant, classy, beautiful and above all lots of fun.

Sergey Izyumov

Sergey Izyumov began dancing at the age of 9 years old. He learned ballroom dancing at a ballroom studio called Harmony. He started competing in Amateur competitions after only 3 months of training. As he won competitions he found he couldn't stop dancing. He loved it so much. He came to the U.S. in June 2007 at the age of 19 years.

Some of his coaches were; Liliano Pozumova, E. Lebedev, Matsha Sergeva, Slava Sergiev & Lydia Petrigova.

Sergey has competed Pro/Am in the U.S. at competitions such as; Virginia State, MD DanceSport, Yuletide Ball & Philadelphia State.

His philosophy of ballroom dancing is that it involves the mind as well as the body.
